Q: Where do I ship my product?

Q: When will I get my product back once I ship it to you?
A: Our turnaround time is 7-10 days.

Q: What method do you use to ship product?
A: We use UPS and USPS but if a more economical option is available, we will go ahead with it.

Q: Is the manufacturer warranty the same if it's not etched or powder coated?
A:  Once the cup or product has been altered the manufacturers warranty is void. The manufacturers will not cover product that has been altered.

Q: Can I return my cup or products once personalized for any reason?
A: No, we do not accept returns on product once they have been laser etched or altered in any way by Perfect Etch. Be sure you are satisfied with your   instructions to Perfect Etch prior to giving us the go ahead to etch it.  If Perfect Etch made an error on the project, we certainly will honor the mistake and take care of the issue.

Q: Will etching my iPod/iPhone or personal device be damaged during etching?
A: No, our laser doesn’t damage your device.

Q: Do you need to access my iPhone/iPod or personal device to etch?
A: No we don’t need access to your device. If you like, put a password on your device – if you don’t know how, our team will send you instructions how to do it.

Q: Is the etching permanent
A: Yes – Many of our corporate customers etch their companies’ assets to prevent theft.

Q: If I have a picture frame and would like you to personalize it, can I ship it to you?
A: Yes, if you have a frame or another item you would like personalized, you can mail it to us. Before mailing, please go to “contact us” and communicate with our team what you plan to send along with the text.

Q: Is Perfect Etch able to travel with your equipment for on-site events or large orders that need to remain with the customer?
A: Yes, we can. But it’s case by case. We normally only go onsite with our equipment in the greater Austin area. However I would contact us and explain your job.

Q: What material can you etch?
A: Wood ,Acrylic, Glass, Plastic, Coated Metal, Anodized Aluminum, Ceramic, Delrin, Leather, Marble Granite, Matte Board, Melamine Paper, Pressboard, Rubber, Wood, Veneer, Fiberglass, Circuit Boards Stainless Steel, Painted Metal, Cork, Corian, Cloth, Mylar Tile, and More!

Q: What material can you cut?
A: Wood, Acrylic ,Plastic ,Delrin ,Cloth ,Leather ,Matte Board ,Paper ,Mylar ,Pressboard ,Rubber ,Wood Veneer ,Fiberglass ,Cork ,Melamine ,Corian,and More!

Q: What format should my artwork be in?
A: Perfect Etch prefers vector based artwork, ie. Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) or Corel Draw (.cdr). We can also accept various raster image formats. (Setup fees may apply).

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will be notified by email once your order has shipped and the tracking number will be included in the email you receive.   Or, you may contact the Perfect Etch team @ 512.680-5784 to retrieve the tracking information.

Q: Does Perfect Etch put any branding on the cups once etched?
A: Yes, at the bottom of each cup, we put a discrete etching of the following:  This will allow you to contact us in the event you need to submit a warranty claim on the item we engraved.  Perfect Etch will do it's best to handle this with the customer that purchased the item.  The warranty is good for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Q:  Yeti & Perfect Etch Relationship
A:  Perfect Etch and Yeti have no working relationship, or affiliation. When you buy a cup or item from Perfect Etch you are buying it from Perfect Etch.
