Shipping & Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Perfect Etch

Your satisfaction and loyalty are important to us so we ensure you only get the highest quality product you ordered. But if you are not fully satisfied with your items due to an error on our part, just return them for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We do not charge restocking fees or reclaim initial shipping costs provided the item is returned within the 30 day Period. We only ask that you return all original items and packaging with our RMA# clearly stated on the shipping label. The return shipping cost would be your responsibility. For your protection against shipping delays, loss, or damage, all return shipments should have full insurance and tracking. Most qualified returns will be processed in 7-10 business days from receipt. 

For 30-Day Returns:

  • Notify Perfect Etch in writing within 10 days upon receipt of the item in order to receive an RMA number. Or,
  • Call us at 1.512.680.5784 to start the return process. We will email you your unique RMA# and return address within 1 business day.
  • Package all original items securely in as few boxes as possible and clearly state the RMA# on all shipping labels.
  • Mail the RMA-labeled package using an insured and trackable shipping method to the specified return address.
  • Wait for our return confirmation email. Your return will likely be processed in 7-10 business day from receipt.
