Can you ship directly to my customers?

Yes - we offer drop-shipping for wholesale partners, including personalized notes and gift wrapping. We never include our own marketing materials in drop-shipped orders.

What file formats do you need for logos?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG) give the best results. High-res images (PNG/JPG at 300 DPI+) also work. Our design team can optimize your artwork if needed.

Do you offer payment terms?

Payment is due upon order, which means production starts immediately - no delays waiting for credit approvals. We accept all major credit cards and ACH for large orders.

Can each item in a bulk order have a different name or logo?

Yes. We can individually personalize every item in your order with unique names, titles, department logos, or messages. Variable data engraving is included at no extra charge for orders of 25+ units. Just provide a spreadsheet mapping each recipient to their personalization details.

Do you offer net-30 or invoiced payment terms for commercial clients?

We offer standard 50% deposit / 50% on completion terms for most orders. For established commercial accounts and orders over $5,000, we can discuss net-15 or net-30 invoicing terms. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and all major credit cards. Contact us to set up a commercial account.

Can you ship bulk orders to multiple locations?

Absolutely. We can split-ship your bulk order to multiple office locations, remote employees, or event venues nationwide. Each shipment is individually tracked. Drop-shipping to individual recipients is also available for employee recognition or client appreciation programs.

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from artwork approval for orders of 25–100 units. Orders of 100–250 units typically take 3–4 weeks. For 250+ units, plan for 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. Rush production is available for an additional fee - we can often accommodate 7–10 day turnaround on select products.

How long does the artwork proof and approval process take?

You'll receive a digital proof within 1–2 business days of submitting your order. Production begins only after you approve the proof, so the timeline above starts from approval, not order date. We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions at no charge. Final approval locks the artwork for production.

Can you meet a tight deadline for an event or conference?

Yes - we specialize in event deadlines. Let us know your must-arrive-by date and we'll confirm feasibility before you commit. Rush production (7–10 business days) is available on most drinkware and select metal signage. For extremely tight timelines, we can discuss expedited shipping options.

How long do custom metal signs take to produce?

Custom metal signs typically take 2–4 weeks depending on material, size, and complexity. Standard aluminum signs ship in 2–3 weeks. Corten/weathering steel and large-format fabricated signs may take 3–4 weeks. We'll provide a firm production timeline with your quote.

What metal materials do you use for commercial signage?

We fabricate signs from 5052 marine-grade aluminum (indoor/outdoor), 14-gauge and 16-gauge carbon steel, and Corten weathering steel. Aluminum is powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Steel options include raw, primed, or powder-coated finishes. All materials meet commercial durability standards.

What powder coat finishes are available for metal signs?

We offer 20+ standard powder coat colors including matte black, gloss black, bronze, silver, and custom brand-matched colors. Powder coating provides a durable, weather-resistant finish rated for 5–10 years outdoor exposure. Custom RAL color matching is available for orders requiring exact brand color alignment.

Are your metal signs rated for outdoor use?

Yes. Our aluminum and Corten steel signs are engineered for full outdoor exposure. Powder-coated aluminum carries a 5-year finish warranty. Corten steel develops a natural rust patina that self-seals and requires no maintenance. We use stainless mounting hardware and can provide engineered mounting brackets for high-wind applications.

What engraving depth and precision do you achieve on metal?

Our fiber laser engraves metal at depths of 0.003"–0.015" depending on material and application. Surface marking (annealing) leaves a permanent dark mark without removing material. Deep engraving is available for high-wear applications like industrial tags and ADA-compliant signage. Tolerances of ±0.5mm are standard.

Do you provide material certifications or spec sheets for commercial projects?

Yes. For commercial and government contracts, we provide material certifications, powder coat spec sheets, and finish warranty documentation. We can also supply ADA compliance documentation, engineering drawings for permit submittal, and chain-of-custody records upon request.
