By accessing and using the Perfect Etch website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

Perfect Etch provides custom laser engraving services on drinkware and precision-cut metal signage for businesses, organizations, and individuals in New Braunfels, Texas, and surrounding areas.

Quote Requests and Orders

Quote Process

  • Quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding
  • We will provide pricing and timeline estimates within 24 business hours
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
  • Final pricing may vary based on artwork complexity and material availability

Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only when we provide written acceptance and you approve the final proof. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Artwork and Design

Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide artwork in acceptable file formats (vector preferred)
  • You warrant that you own or have rights to use all submitted artwork
  • You are responsible for approving final proofs before production begins
  • Changes after proof approval may incur additional fees

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your artwork and logos. By submitting artwork, you grant us a license to use it solely for fulfilling your order. We will not use your designs for any other purpose without your permission.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars
  • Deposit may be required for large orders
  • Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

Production and Delivery

Timelines

Production timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping and Pickup

  • Local pickup is available in New Braunfels, Texas
  • Shipping costs are additional and will be quoted separately
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery or pickup
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays by carriers

Quality and Warranty

Quality Standards

We strive for excellence in all our work. Minor variations in engraving depth, color, or finish are inherent to the process and do not constitute defects.

Warranty

  • We warrant that products will be free from material defects in workmanship
  • Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Custom engraved items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Refunds are issued only for our errors or defects in workmanship
  • You must inspect items upon receipt and report issues within 7 days
  • Approved returns must be in original condition

Limitation of Liability

Perfect Etch's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Etch harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms, including claims related to intellectual property infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Comal County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
